3. Our Role

JamrockJobs.com is a platform, not an employer or recruitment agency. We do not:

  • Guarantee job placements or worker availability

  • Participate in payment transactions between users

  • Verify the accuracy of user-submitted content

All agreements, payments, and responsibilities are strictly between the Worker and Employer.


4. User Responsibilities

Employers Must:

  • Post clear, honest, and legal job opportunities

  • Provide accurate job descriptions, pay rates, and contact info

  • Respect local labor laws and treat workers fairly

Workers Must:

  • Only apply to jobs they are qualified for

  • Provide truthful information in service listings

  • Show up on time and complete agreed-upon tasks


5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or illegal content

  • Harass or exploit other users

  • Use the platform for scam, spam, or unethical purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

Any violation may result in account suspension or legal action.


6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JamrockJobs.com is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your information.


7. Payments and Fees

Currently, JamrockJobs.com does not charge users for creating accounts, posting jobs, or applying. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription options in the future, with advance notice.

All payments for work completed are handled directly between Workers and Employers. We do not collect, process, or manage payments.


8. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they post (e.g., job listings or service descriptions), but grant JamrockJobs.com a license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is harmful to our users or brand.


9. Privacy
